O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:

• Atuar como Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, com foco na configuração e sustentação de aplicações empacotadas ou de software como serviço.
• Desenvolver e implementar alterações de configuração para aprimorar a funcionalidade da aplicação e a experiência do usuário.
• Adaptar funcionalidades conforme as necessidades do negócio, garantindo compatibilidade, performance e estabilidade do sistema.
• Utilizar ferramentas padrão, APIs e plataformas low-code para apoiar soluções alinhadas aos requisitos do projeto.
• Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para identificar e resolver desafios técnicos de forma eficiente.
• Analisar a performance do sistema e recomendar melhorias para manter estabilidade e escalabilidade ideais.
• Contribuir com documentação e compartilhamento de conhecimento para apoiar o aprendizado do time e a continuidade do projeto.

Requisitos

• Experiência com configuração e suporte a aplicações empacotadas ou SaaS.
• Vivência com adaptação de funcionalidades, gerenciamento de releases e garantia de estabilidade de sistemas.
   

Além disso, é necessário conhecimento em

• Administrador Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Salesforce Administration;

• Integrações API (rest) e SFTP (arquivos)

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder.
