Als (Junior) Backend Engineer entwickelst du robuste, skalierbare Systeme und bringst komplexe Logiken zum Leben. Du arbeitest an Architekturen, die im Hintergrund alles tragen – stabil, sicher und leistungsfähig.
Du wächst strukturiert in deine Rolle hinein – mit echtem Projektgeschäft, technischem Tiefgang und einem Team, das dich fordert und fördert.
Das erwartet dich
- Systeme entwickeln, die tragen: Du entwickelst und betreibst Backend-Lösungen im Java-Umfeld (z. B. Java, Spring Boot)
- Architekturen verstehen und weiterdenken: Du arbeitest mit modernen Systemarchitekturen und Cloud-Technologien (z. B. Docker, Kubernetes)
- AI sinnvoll integrieren : Du beschäftigst dich mit neuen Technologien wie Agentic AI und integrierst sie in Backend-Prozesse
- Im Projekt Verantwortung übernehmen: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Disziplinen zusammen und bringst deine Ideen ein
- Agil arbeiten und wachsen: Du entwickelst dich technisch und methodisch kontinuierlich weiter
Darauf freuen wir uns
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (z. B. Informatik, Software Engineering, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. Ä.)
- Praktische Erfahrung im Backend Development (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs) durch Praktika/Werkstudententätigkeiten und/oder erste Berufserfahrung
- Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Docker, Kubernetes
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Interesse an AI-gestützten Architekturen

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position liegt, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung, zwischen 34.400 € und 46.100 €. Du hast bei uns zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, basierend auf deiner individuellen Leistung aktiv dein Jahreseinkommen positiv zu beeinflussen.
