Your Mission You support leading organizations in designing and scaling AI‑driven commerce transformations with a strong focus on agentic systems and Growth Tech modernization. You contribute to translating business strategy into actionable blueprints and help clients operationalize next‑generation commerce capabilities — enabling intelligent, automated customer journeys and decision‑making. Your Daily Work
Translate business and marketing challenges into agentic commerce use cases and technical enablers
Support the design of Growth Tech and Agentic Commerce strategies, including composable architectures and decisioning frameworks
Contribute to assessing existing commerce and marketing technology ecosystems and identifying gaps in AI enablement and automation
Assist in defining operating models and governance concepts around AI agents, data ownership, privacy, and consent management
Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure strategic concepts translate into technically grounded execution
Who You Are

You bring 2–4 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing technology, commerce, or customer experience consulting

You have a solid understanding of Growth Tech stacks — including CDP, DXP, commerce platforms, and AI/ML or decisioning tools — and are familiar with emerging agentic AI paradigms and their application in customer‑facing contexts

You have exposure to AI‑driven use cases such as personalization, recommendations, predictive analytics, or journey orchestration, and you are comfortable working with data concepts including identity resolution, consent, and real‑time activation

You communicate clearly with stakeholders across business, marketing, data, and IT, and you are skilled at bridging business needs with technology strategy

You enjoy working in agile, cross‑functional environments and can present complex topics in a structured and compelling way
