Key Responsibilities
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Change Management Consultant in our T&O practice, a typical day might include:

Defining Change Management strategies to address stakeholders’ challenges and expectations, supporting business transformational change programs.

Utilizing social and digital technologies in change management and communications.
-
Supporting clients in developing change capability for agile transformation.
-
Co-creating solutions, conducting user review sessions, and managing stakeholder agreement meetings.

Performing Change Management Impact Analysis and establishing treatment plans.
-
Facilitating transitions to new work methodologies using targeted change interventions.
-
Designing strategies for sustained behavior shift and guiding culture transformation.
-
Implementing Change Measurement activities utilizing tools such as Change Readiness platforms.

Participating in enterprise-wide transformation programs with functional teams.
-
Collaborating within dynamic, international teams with English as the common language.
-
Coaching and mentoring junior team members while promoting innovation and thought leadership in areas like Cyber Security and Intelligent Automation.

Engaging in practice-building efforts, including team, capability, and community development.

Supporting solutioning and proposal development aligned to specific geographies or markets.

Conducting global travel to prestigious client sites as part of large-scale transformation initiatives.
Qualifications Required
- MBA/master’s degree.
- Demonstrated years of experience in change management programs (e.g., stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support, and business readiness).
- Familiarity with ERP implementations, technology transformations, cloud-based solutions, Intelligent Automation setups, Shared Service frameworks, and experience in Cyber Security education and awareness is a bonus.
- Strong ability to define and articulate business value through recommendations and strategies.
- Skilled in data interpretation, working with analytic models, and advancing technology tools (e.g., cloud HR, behavior change packages, immersive learning).
- Proficiency in managing stakeholders within multicultural, global environments.
- Language capabilities: Proficient in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
