You Are:
An expert in the field of Data & Analytics with a strong data driven mindset and a focus on value driven use cases in Banking & Capital Markets. As a Data & AI Manager, you will contribute to a strong collaborative team solving our client’s data challenges. You will leverage your expertise in strategy development, value architecture, and operating model design to influence client agendas through actionable business insights. Your work will drive data-driven reinvention and cultural transformation.
You will work on a team that is partnering with clients to make bold decisions on priority issues at the intersection of business, technology, and operations within complex data management landscapes. This includes:

Applying industry knowledge to mature data management practices across people, processes, and technology.

Guiding clients through large-scale AI-led change, from defining ambition and identifying opportunities to building investment cases and steering end-to-end execution.

Providing insights on global, economic, technological, and social trends shaping the industry.
The Work:

Design and drive AI transformation programs. Reimagine business and technology functions to accelerate value capture at a scale.

Bring industry expertise in driving data & AI value driven use cases in Banking & Capital Markets

Collaborate with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders to define and execute the client organizations’ data & AI strategy, aligning data & AI initiatives with overall business objectives.

Prioritize AI use cases aligned to value potential and strategic objectives.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams. Collaborate across strategy, architecture, engineering, and delivery disciplines.

Contribute to go-to-market activities, solutioning, proposal development, and capability building.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex and large data projects, from planning and resource allocation to execution and post-implementation support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet Accenture’s highest quality standards.

Keep abreast of the latest developments in data management, cloud computing, and big data technologies. Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge tools and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Oversee and mentor a team of consultants and managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while delivering high-quality data solutions
Here’s What You Need:
-
7+ years of experience in data & AI solutions, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role, a proven track record of architecting and implementing large-scale data solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Deep technical and industry expertise in Generative AI, cloud computing, emerging data/AI platforms and trends and AI-driven use cases in Banking & Capital Markets

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Ability to translate business objectives into a clear data & AI strategy. Experience in driving data & AI initiatives that align with orgahttps://peoplelookup.accenture.com/nizational goals and deliver measurable business value.

Understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices. Experience in implementing and enforcing data quality, security, and compliance standards across large datasets.

Excellent project and program delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in stakeholder management and in presenting to senior leadership.

A passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data management, cloud computing, and big data technologies. Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving field

Ability to travel and work within Canada

A University Degree is required for this position.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Previous experience within the consulting industry

A master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on Generative AI, Agentic AI or cloud computing

Experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing, with an understanding of industry-specific data challenges and regulatory requirements

Relevant certifications in solution architecture or data governance
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
