You Are:

A seasoned SAP Data Conversion Lead with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA data migration and data management, experienced leading large-scale, highly regulated programs. You bring strong leadership, structured thinking, and the ability to own end-to-end data conversion strategy while remaining hands-on where needed.

The Work:

  • Own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data conversion strategy, including legacy data assessment, cleansing, transformation, validation, loading and cutover planning.

  • Lead data conversion activities across multiple end-to-end business processes, including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Design to Sustain, Issue to Complete.

  • Define and govern data standards, reconciliation processes, and data quality controls.

  • Partner closely with SAP functional leads, technical teams, testing teams, and client stakeholders.

  • Support test cycles, mock conversions, and final cutover activities.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for data-related issues and risks.

  • This role requires in office presence 3 days per week at local ATC office

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP S/4HANA data conversion and migration for large-scale ERP transformations.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, reconciliation, and validation in regulated environments.

  • Experience working with on-prem S/4 implementations with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies.

  • Must hold Canadian Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain clearance prior to start.

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

  • Experience supporting defense or government clients.

  • Experience delivering SAP global template programs.

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
