Als Public Sector Strategy Consultant gestaltest du aktiv die Zukunft des öffentlichen Sektors. Im Fokus deiner Beratungstätigkeit stehen strategische Grundsatzfragen und organisatorische Richtungsentscheidungen für die Verwaltung von morgen. So treibst du nicht nur die Modernisierung öffentlicher Organisationen voran, sondern schaffst auch nachhaltigen gesellschaftlichen Impact.

Gestalte die Zukunft des öffentlichen Sektors
Du berätst öffentliche Institutionen wie Ministerien oder staatliche Unternehmen zu zentralen Zukunftsthemen: von der Strategieentwicklung über die Neuausrichtung von Organisationen in Zeiten von agentischer KI bis hin zur Gestaltung komplexer Transformationsvorhaben – du setzt dich mit den aktuell größten Herausforderungen des Public Sectors auseinander, analysierst Zukunftstrends, bringst Innovationsimpulse ein und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
Übernimm Verantwortung und bringe dich aktiv ein
Als Junior Consultant führst du zum Beispiel qualitative und quantitative Analysen durch, recherchierst relevante (politische) Rahmenbedingungen und entwickelst Lösungskonzepte sowie Entscheidungsgrundlagen. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für eigene Arbeitspakete – du wertest Informationen aus, bereitest Inhalte adressatengerecht auf, gestaltest innovative Workshops, und stellst die Qualität von Ergebnissen sicher.
Arbeite und wachse in interdisziplinären Teams
Du arbeitest in interdisziplinär zusammengesetzten, diversen Teams – remote, im Office oder beim Kunden vor Ort. Dich erwartet ein leistungsorientiertes und analytisch geprägtes Umfeld, das Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist gleichermaßen fördert. Du verfügst über einen überdurchschnittlichen universitären Masterabschluss (alle Fachrichtungen).

Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Strategieberatung, dem öffentlichen Sektor oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich mit.
