• Laurea Magistrale conseguita o in fase di completamento in discipline STEM, economico–manageriali o giuridico-amministrative

• Esperienza fino a 3 anni in contesti consulenziali o su progetti di trasformazione digitale, includendo tirocini, tesi o project work rilevanti

• Conoscenza delle attività di business analysis, dalla raccolta e analisi dei requisiti alla formalizzazione funzionale; familiarità con il ciclo di vita del progetto e con attività di PMO costituisce un plus

• Interesse per la digitalizzazione dei processi e per il settore della Pubblica Amministrazione, con eventuali esperienze pregresse considerate un plus

• Spiccate capacità analitiche e organizzative, proattività e buone doti comunicative, unite a un’ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
