Als Strategy Manager verstärkst du unser interdisziplinär aufgestelltes, globales Transaction Advisory Team. Du begleitest Corporate-M&A- und Private-Equity-Kunden während des gesamten Kaufs oder Verkaufs eines Unternehmens. Deine Beratung beginnt bei der Pre-Deal-Analyse und reicht bis zur Umsetzung nachfolgender Transformationsprojekte.
In diesem Zusammenhang bewertest du mögliche Akquisitionen, klärst strategische Aspekte und unterstützt dabei, Fusionen und Ausgliederungen erfolgreich umzusetzen. Dank deiner Expertise etablierst du dich als vielseitige Strategie und M&A-Expert:in und überzeugst im Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern auf C-Level.

Das erwartet dich
Nimm Akquise-Targets ins Visier.
Du identifizierst die aussichtsreichsten anorganischen Wachstumschancen für unsere Kunden, analysierst potenzielle Übernahmeziele und setzt Impulse für die Wertermittlung und Kaufentscheidung.
Betreue M&A-Prozesse.
Einerseits koordinierst du Kauf und Desinvestitionsprozesse (Trade Sales / IPOs) über verschiedene Teilprojekte hinweg. Andererseits begleitest du Integrationsprozesse unserer Kunden und stellst sicher, dass geplante Synergien realisiert werden.
Arbeite an Pre-Deal-Mandaten und Post-Deal-Projekten.
Du unterstützt internationale Corporate und Private-Equity-Kunden bei Marktstudien sowie Commercial, Operational und Technology Due-Diligence-Prüfungen. Zudem bist du an Post-Deal-Projekten wie Value-Creation-Plan Erstellung und Umsetzung, Carve-Outs oder Transformationsprogrammen beteiligt.
Darauf freuen wir uns
Überdurchschnittlich gut abgeschlossenes Studium – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt BWL
Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate M&A und Private Equity
Erfahrung in Due Diligence, Merger Integration, Carve-Out oder Post-Deal-Transformation
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Sales-Umfeld
Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills
Teamplayer:in, die/der mit allen Karrierelevels effektiv zusammenarbeiten kann
Fließende Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
