• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software in contesti enterprise e team multidisciplinari

• Ottima conoscenza di uno o più linguaggi di programmazione moderni (Python, Java, C#, TypeScript)

• Esperienza nell'utilizzo di strumenti di Generative AI a supporto dello sviluppo software

• Conoscenza di design pattern, principi di sviluppo e architetture applicative moderne

• Conoscenza delle principali pratiche di Software Delivery (CI/CD, code review, testing e quality engineering)

• Familiarità con i principi di sviluppo di applicazioni basate su LLM, prompt engineering, RAG e integrazione tramite API

• Capacità di tradurre requisiti di business e di processo in soluzioni tecnologiche concrete

• Inglese fluente

Nice to have

• Esperienza con framework GenAI quali LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex o Semantic Kernel

• Esperienza nello sviluppo di sistemi agentici e workflow multi-agent

• Conoscenza di Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API o altre piattaforme AI enterprise

• Familiarità con vector database e soluzioni di semantic search

• Esperienza in DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes e cloud native architectures

• Conoscenza di LLMOps, osservabilità, evaluation framework e governance delle applicazioni AI

• Esperienza nell'introduzione di acceleratori AI nei processi SDLC

• Esperienze in contesti Industry X, engineering, manufacturing o asset operations
