As a Workday Order to Cash Lead

You will be part of a consulting team that delivers far more than technology. From rapid deployments to full transformations, you will provide integrated, cloud-based ERP solutions that enable organizations to adopt more effective ways of working.

In this role, you will help clients maximize the value of their Workday investment by:

  • Leading and contributing to all phases of the Workday Order to Cash implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment

  • Working with clients to understand business needs, translate them into Workday configurations, and provide expert guidance on best practices

  • Configuring Workday modules to meet business requirements related to financial accounting, statutory reporting, and country-specific needs in global Workday Financials deployments

  • Identifying strategies, risks, and options, and recommending approaches and mitigation plans to address functional and client requirements

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, project management) to ensure seamless integration of Order to Cash processes with other modules and systems

  • Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their development

  • Advising clients on industry standards and best practices

  • Presenting design options through prototyping

  • Understanding and applying Workday and Accenture Workday methodologies

  • Providing the project manager with progress updates and keeping them informed of overall project status

  • Demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management skills to achieve project objectives

  • Supporting innovation through the development of new methods and industry reference assets

Your Profile

Ideally, you have strong financial expertise and several years of experience on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role, leading and driving the Workday agenda.

You are motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently to find effective solutions. You have experience managing and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You are results-driven, persuasive, and able to confidently present and sell your ideas.

We are looking for:

  • Workday Financials certification in Order to Cash. Additional Workday certifications are an advantage

  • Strong experience in financial transformation projects

  • Experience across multiple full-cycle Workday implementations

  • Solid understanding of Order to Cash processes and best practices

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to meet client travel requirements when necessary and to effectively manage a virtual team as well as client interactions

  • Ability to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply logic effectively to solve problems

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines despite competing priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex messages and requirements

  • Strong motivation to work closely with clients and deliver an exceptional client experience

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Fluency in any European Language

  • Additional Workday Finance certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+3) in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems)
