Imaginez, transformez et impactez le monde positivement : venez vivre au cœur du changement en tant que Consultant Workday Expert PRISM / Reporting / Security, au sein de nos équipes Workday spécialisées en data RH et gouvernance des accès.

Vos principales missions:

* En tant que Consultant Workday PRISM, vous interviendrez sur des projets de valorisation et de sécurisation de la donnée RH.

* Concevoir et développer des rapports avancés, tableaux de bord et analyses RH à l’aide de Workday Reporting et PRISM Analytics.

* Intégrer et modéliser des données issues de Workday et de sources externes pour répondre aux besoins de pilotage RH.

* Paramétrer et optimiser les rôles, domaines de sécurité et accès utilisateurs dans Workday.

* Accompagner les clients dans la mise en place de solutions de reporting fiables, sécurisées et orientées décisionnel.

* Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes HCM, Talent et IT sur des projets Workday globaux.

Votre profil:

Le métier de Consultant Workday PRISM / Reporting / Security est fait pour vous si :

* Vous justifiez d’environ 2 ans d’expérience sur Workday, avec une spécialisation en reporting, PRISM Analytics et/ou sécurité.

* Vous avez une bonne compréhension des modèles de données RH et des enjeux de gouvernance et de conformité.

* Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’analyse de données et la restitution auprès d’interlocuteurs métiers.

* Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

* Vous êtes mobile en France et à l’international.
