Must have skills:
- Deep expertise in Revenue Growth Management – Planning, Process, Tools & Execution
- Skilled in Managing levers of Commercial Spends - Pricing, Promotion, Assortment, Digital & Trade Terms
- Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and pricing tools, Distributor Management Systems (DMS), CRM
- Strong understanding of overall CPG Commercial framework
- Ability to design and implement growth strategies for sales, channel expansion, and brand portfolio optimization
Good to have skills:
- Understanding of Revenue Levers in Ecommerce – Performance Marketing, Campaign Management, White Space Mapping ..
- Exposure to digital commerce, D2C models, and omnichannel strategies in the CPG industry
- Experience in working with distributors, wholesalers, and on-trade/off-trade channels
- Understanding of data analytics, demand forecasting, and AI-driven sales strategies
Job Summary:
As a Consultant in Growth Strategy, you will work with CPG companies worldwide to develop market expansion strategies, optimize and run commercial spends models, develop route-to-market models, and enhance commercial processes.
You will be responsible for solving complex industry challenges, drive effective trade spends model, and improving distributor management and other commercial models. Your role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, and supply chain functions to create data-driven, scalable growth solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop growth and market entry strategies for CPG brands across emerging and developed markets
- Design pricing and revenue growth strategies, factoring in all 5 levers of spends management
- Optimize Route-to-Market (RTM) and distributor management models to improve reach and efficiency
- Enhance trade promotion effectiveness by integrating data-driven insights into sales and distribution strategies
- Leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights to improve demand forecasting, territory planning, and sales execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce, D2C, and omnichannel capabilities into growth plans
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Commercial spends processes, Trade Promotion & Revenue Growth levers
- Indepth familiarity with Commercial Spends/ RGM / TPM & other Analytical Tools used in CPGs
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer demand patterns
Additional Information:

Experience:

- MBA from a Tier 1 Business School
