THE WORK:
Work as a Management Consulting Analyst / Project Manager on Business Transformation projects for Fortune Global 500 industry clients in:
Heavy machinery: Construction and agriculture machinery, cranes, elevators, trains, industrial robots, forklifts, intralogistics and packaging solutions, engines, machinery rental and leasing companies, etc.
Industrial suppliers: manufacturers of components, electrical equipment, water treatment solutions, etc.
Consumer goods: household appliances, tools, power tools, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.
While working in a dynamic, multinational environment, with global teams, you will support projects with expert process knowledge, manage the project organization and project team, gather requirements, manage budget, schedule and risks, support business and IT teams in translating business requirements into specific IT and system solutions, organize and manage project communications, workshops and presentations for individuals at various hierarchical levels in the organization, analyze data and prepare reports.
Daily you will leverage your experience and skills to drive the major change in the Industrial sector toward automation, integration of AI, implementation of new business models and support our clients in maintaining their leadership position in their respective Industrial sectors.

Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients in project environment as PMO / PM Specialist.

Minimum C1 level of English; German or French would be a big advantage.

Experience supporting projects through planning, reporting, scheduling, budget tracking and risk management.

Experience gathering requirements and supporting business and IT teams in translating requirements into system or IT solutions.
-
Experience managing project communications, workshops, presentations and reporting for multiple stakeholder levels, including senior stakeholders.

Competence in process improvement and identifying automation opportunities.
-
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and using low-code tools to automate end-to-end processes.

Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on major business transformation projects or SAP S/4 implementation projects.

Experience managing test coordination, reporting chains and plan updates.

Understanding of how AI can be used to accelerate process automation.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
