 You are a thought leader and an expert in the field of Data & Analytics, who can connect and advise senior clients to leverage your storytelling skills and strong data driven mindset with a focus on value driven use cases in Banking & Capital Markets. As a Data & AI leader, you will coach our up-and-coming leaders and help develop their careers, in addition to guiding our diverse multi-disciplinary workforces, on a day-to-day basis on solving our client’s data challenges.

You will be part of a highly collaborative and growing network of technology and data experts, who are taking on today’s biggest, most complex business challenges using the latest data and analytics technologies.  We will nurture your talent in an inclusive culture that values diversity. 

As a Data & AI Senior Manager, you will leverage deep expertise in strategy development, value architecture, and operating model design to influence client agendas through actionable business insights. Your work will drive data-driven reinvention and cultural transformation.

Here’s What You Need

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in data & AI solutions, including 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience architecting and implementing large‑scale data solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Minimum of 6 years of deep technical and industry expertise in Generative AI, cloud computing, emerging data/AI platforms and trends, and AI‑driven use cases in Banking & Capital Markets.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience applying Insurance industry knowledge to mature data‑management practices across people, processes, and technology.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience guiding clients through large‑scale AI‑led transformation, including defining ambition, shaping investment cases, and steering end‑to‑end execution.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)   

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience driving data‑driven reinvention and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Strong capability to navigate complex data‑management landscapes and support clients in making bold, strategic decisions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.
  • A track record of partnering with senior executives to influence strategy development, value architecture, and operating‑model design.
  • Experience leveraging actionable business insights to shape client agendas and guide long‑term transformation.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management abilities, including the demonstrated capability to inspire, mentor, and grow high‑performing teams. Experience managing cross‑functional teams and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into a clear data & AI strategy and drive initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices, with experience implementing and enforcing data quality, security, and compliance standards across large datasets.
  • Ability to partner with senior clients to advise on value‑driven use cases, leveraging strong storytelling and a data‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to provide insights on global, economic, technological, and social trends influencing the Banking & Capital Markets industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop up‑and‑coming leaders within diverse, multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
