Key responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca across Web, API, Mobile, SAP and other packaged applications, using modular reusable and data-driven approaches.
  • Develop and scale automation frameworks aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, to support continuous testing, distributed execution, and reporting.
  • Define and execute end-to-end test strategies covering front-end, back-end, APIs, Mobile, SAP and other packaged application landscapes, with a focus on risk-based coverage and quality outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues, optimize execution, and support test monitoring and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with test managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align automation activities with project goals and delivery timelines.
  • For senior levels - mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and promote automation best practices across teams.
  • For architect levels - define automation architecture and governance, including standards, design patterns, tooling strategy, feasibility analysis, and ROI evaluation.
  • Lead or support advanced Tosca capabilities such as Test Data Service (TDS), BI Testing, Distributed Execution, and integration with test, project and lifecycle management tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on test automation experience with Tricentis Tosca.
  • Experience automating Web, APIs/services, and Mobile applications; SAP or packaged applications preferred for senior roles.
  • Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of test strategy, requirements traceability, quality gates, and test management.
  • Knowledge of BDD/ATDD and continuous testing practices.
  • For senior and architect levels - experience designing automation frameworks, defining standards, and scaling automation across multiple teams.
  • For architect levels - experience in enterprise automation architecture, governance, KPIs, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills in cross-functional, distributed teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • ISTQB Foundation, Agile or any other Advanced Level certification
  • Minimum of the following Tricentis certifications: AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2, AE1
  • Cloud certification
