You are:

A skilled Data Engineer with expertise in utilizing Microsoft Power BI and QlikView to help create interactive interfaces that enable individuals to understand, interpret, and communicate complex data and insights.

You will have an opportunity to work in a variety of roles covering all aspects of Data Engineering & Visualization including Data Modelling, Integration, Pipeline Development, Quality & Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop intuitive, high-impact dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

· Translate business requirements into effective visual storytelling, ensuring insights are clear, actionable, and user-focused.

· Build data models and prepare datasets to support visual analytics, including data cleaning, transformations, and performance optimization.

· Advise stakeholders on visualization best practices, UI/UX standards, and selection of appropriate chart types and layouts.

· Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of metrics across reporting solutions.

· Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to end users to support adoption and self-service analytics.

This role will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Tampa, FL or Nashville, TN.

What you need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a Data Visualization role with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and QlikView

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with SQL and data modeling skills for preparing, transforming, and structuring data to support analytical reporting.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) 

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with advanced analytics or statistical techniques to enhance insights (e.g., forecasting, clustering, trend analysis).

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and connecting BI tools to modern data lakehouse environments.

  • Ability to automate reporting workflows using Python, R, or scripting tools to support scalable self-service analytics.

  • Ability to translate business needs into effective visual designs using UX/UI best practices and data storytelling principles.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
