You have a unique ability to translate technical AI concepts into compelling business narratives that resonate with executives and business professionals. You're passionate about democratizing AI knowledge, helping leaders understand how to leverage AI for strategic advantage without getting lost in technical details. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can shape curriculum strategy, support sales initiatives, and stay at the forefront of AI's rapidly evolving business applications. You understand that AI adoption is as much about organizational change and leadership as it is about technology.

The Work:

Working under the supervision of our Associate Director for Data Science and AI, you will focus specifically on non-technical audiences, developing curriculum that addresses strategic decision-making, AI governance, ethical considerations, and practical business applications. This role is critical as organizations increasingly need leaders who can guide AI adoption without necessarily having deep technical expertise.

  • Design and oversee development of courses covering AI strategy, governance, ethics, change management, and business value realization

  • Stay current with AI trends, business use cases, regulatory developments, and organizational best practices for AI adoption

  • Identify market opportunities and gaps in the current portfolio, recommending new courses or updates to meet evolving business needs

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with AI technologies in a business context (implementation, strategy, governance, or change management)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, training, curriculum development, or instructional design for professional audiences

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI capabilities, limitations, and business applications across multiple industries

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences, including executives and business leaders

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting sales processes, business development, or working in a client-facing capacity

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI ethics, governance frameworks, and regulatory considerations

  • Master's degree and 5 years' work experience; or, Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Professional Skills Requirements
