You Are

We are seeking a highly motivated Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead – Technology Training (Mid-Market) to drive growth across a broad portfolio of technology training programs, including cloud, AI/ML, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms. This role will focus on the mid-market segment, serving as a senior leader responsible for shaping go-to-market strategy, enabling sales execution, and ensuring successful delivery of technology training solutions that help organizations modernize and scale.

The Work

This role requires a seasoned, executive-level professional who can operate as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and internal leadership—bringing strategic vision, strong commercial acumen, and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for a comprehensive portfolio of technology training offerings tailored to mid-market clients.

  • Package and position training solutions to align with client business outcomes such as digital transformation, AI adoption, cloud migration, cybersecurity readiness, and workforce modernization.

  • Identify new growth opportunities across commercial, public sector, and partner-led channels.

  • Drive pipeline development in partnership with sales leadership, marketing, and strategic partners.

Executive Client Engagement

  • Engage directly with C-level and senior executive stakeholders to articulate the strategic value of technology training and workforce transformation.

  • Lead executive-level discussions focused on business impact, ROI, change enablement, and long-term capability building.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding learning strategies that align technology investments with talent outcomes.

Sales Enablement & Commercial Leadership

  • Enable sales teams with technology training expertise, market insights, and compelling value propositions.

  • Support complex pursuits through executive presentations, solution shaping, and deal strategy.

  • Partner with marketing to drive demand generation, thought leadership, and mid-market-specific campaigns.

Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Collaborate with leading technology vendors and ecosystem partners to align training programs with platform roadmaps, certifications, and industry priorities.

  • Support co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution development efforts where applicable.

  • Stay current on emerging technologies, certification frameworks, and market trends impacting mid-market customers.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams including solution architects, delivery, operations, and marketing.

  • Ensure offerings are scalable, commercially viable, and aligned with client needs and partner requirements.

  • Provide strategic feedback to continuously refine programs, improve competitiveness, and enhance client experience.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0–100% depending on business and client needs.

Here’s What You Need

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in go-to-market, sales leadership, business development, or strategy roles within enterprise or mid-market technology services and/or training.\

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience across a broad technology landscape, such as cloud, AI/ML, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms (vendor-specific expertise welcome but not required).

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated executive-level client engagement experience, including presenting to and advising C-suite and senior leadership teams.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, partnering across sales, delivery, marketing, and operations to bring complex offerings to market.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience & strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and workforce value for mid-market organizations.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).

  • Experience building or scaling technology training programs for mid-market clients.

  • Background working with multiple technology vendors, certification bodies, or learning ecosystems.

  • Experience operating in a PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation-oriented environment.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
