Here's what you'll need

• Graduate degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) in business, engineering, economics, computer science, or comparable fields
• Experience in M&A / IT consulting
• Ability to combine M&A expertise with technology-related topics, including:
• Enterprise software and digital platforms
• Cloud and IT infrastructure
• Cybersecurity and technology risk
• Data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
• Fluent in English and Dutch, working knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
• Willing to travel
