Workplace Location Services Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite Monday - Friday)
As a Workplace Location Services Analyst, you'll play a key supporting role in creating a welcoming, polished, and efficient environment for our clients, guests, and internal teams. You will assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations, onsite events, and client-facing activities - working closely with senior team members to uphold workplace excellence.
This is a highly collaborative position that requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and a passion for service. You'll contribute to the success of the team by ensuring tasks are completed accurately, consistently, and with a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Executes daily office operations, including workspace setup, A/V support, floor walks, and general upkeep of common areas
Maintains supplies, support equipment troubleshooting (e.g., printers, copiers), and ensure workspaces and meeting rooms are clean, functional, and client ready
Conducts or participates in quality assurance checks to uphold service standards and operational excellence
Assists with onboarding of new joiners, providing workspace orientation and support
Serves as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external guests
Supports front desk and reception duties, including credentialing, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
Assists with preparations for executive and client visits, ensuring the space is polished and ready
Assists in the coordination and execution of onsite meetings and events, including room setup, catering logistics, and A/V troubleshooting
Collaborates with event planners and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and memorable attendee experiences
Supports space reservation requests and ensure optimal workspace utilization
Acts as liaison with building management, external vendors, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of facilities-related issues
Manages or support vendor relationships, oversee catering, and coordinate service deliveries in line with workplace needs
Performs administrative tasks in line with location guidelines, including document services and invoice review and allocation
Maintains operational trackers, reports, and tools/databases with accuracy and consistency
Participates in team meetings, contribute to process improvement, and provide input on operational strategies and workplace enhancements
Job Requirements:
Work schedule may vary based on business needs, with shift times ranging between 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Comfortable with lifting and moving office furniture and event materials; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, events, or a related client-facing role
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
