Accenture Technology Strategy & Advisory søker konsulenter til vårt miljø i Oslo og Stavanger. Vi bistår kunder med å utvikle og realisere helhetlige teknologistrategier, samt planlegge og gjennomføre komplekse teknologi- og transformasjonsinitiativ, fra tidlig strategifase til implementering og gevinstrealisering.
Stillingen passer for deg som har noen års erfaring og som ønsker å jobbe strukturert med analyse, rådgivning og gjennomføring i større organisasjoner.
Arbeidsoppgaver
Som konsulent hos oss vil du jobbe i tverrfaglige prosjektteam og lede eller bidra i leveranser som omfatter:
- Utvikling og oppdatering av teknologi- og IT-strategier
- Rådgivning knyttet til digitale transformasjoner
- Utforming av teknologiske operasjonsmodeller
- Bruk av data, arkitektur og kunstig intelligens i strategiske beslutninger
- Støtte til transformasjonsprogrammer og gevinstrealisering
Kvalifikasjoner
Vi ser etter deg som har:
- 3–5 års relevant erfaring fra konsulentvirksomhet eller transformasjonsarbeid
- Erfaring med ett eller flere av følgende områder:
- Teknologistrategi eller IT-strategi
- Digitale transformasjoner
- Operatingmodel for teknologi
- Data, analyse og kunstig intelligens
- Arkitektur, porteføljestyring eller gevinstrealisering
- God forretningsforståelse og analytiske evner
- Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter på norsk og engelsk
- Mastergrad innen relevant fagområde
