We are seeking an experienced Camunda BPM Engineer to join our team and help design, implement, and optimize business process automation solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (7 or 8) and a strong background in workflow orchestration and microservices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement BPMN workflows and decision models (DMN) using Camunda.

  • Develop microservices and integrations that interact with Camunda processes.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable workflow solutions.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience with Camunda BPM (Camunda 7 or Camunda 8).

  • Strong understanding of BPMN, workflow orchestration, and decision modeling.

  • Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Node.js.

  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • English proficiency (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zeebe or Camunda 8 SaaS/Self-Managed.

  • Knowledge of Kafka, gRPC, or other messaging systems.

  • Camunda or cloud certifications
