Das erwartet dich
Entwickle und setze eine Go-to-Market-Strategie für IAM-Services um
Du baust und pflegst starke Kunden- und Lieferantenbeziehungen und unterstützt die Akquise neuer Kundenprojekte.
Biete Thought Leadership
Du agierst als vertrauenswürdiger Berater für Senior-Client-Stakeholder und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Services in den Bereichen IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance, Identity Analytics und Enterprise Access zu optimieren und strategisch weiterzuentwickeln.
Liefer IAM-Projekte end-to-end
Du leitest IAM-Projekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung, entwickelst IAM-Strategien und bleibst stets über aufkommende IAM-Trends informiert (z. B. Passwortlos-Lösungen, Identity für agentische KI, Identity Security Posture Management).
Darauf freuen wir uns
Du verfügst über einen Abschluss in einem technischen oder wirtschaftsbezogenen Bereich oder hast gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.
Du bringst mindestens 10 Jahre Gesamterfahrung im Bereich Identity & Access Management (IAM) mit.
Du besitzt ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und Beziehungsmanagement-Fähigkeiten, kannst Kunden- und Lieferantenbeziehungen aufbauen und pflegen und nutzt deine offene, engagierte Persönlichkeit, um die Geschäftsentwicklung zu unterstützen und neue Kundenprojekte zu gewinnen.
Du hast Erfahrung darin, ein Team zu befähigen und zu stärken.
Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in einem Kernbereich von IAM – Identity and Access Governance, PAM oder Access Management – sowie über praktische Kenntnisse mindestens einer führenden IAM-Lösung oder Technologie (z. B. SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, PingIdentity, Okta, EntraID).
Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind exzellent, sowohl in Wort als auch Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Du bringst eine praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit und reist gerne regelmäßig.
