• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Energiewirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und Energiebranche oder einem energiebezogenen Umfeld
• Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte oder Teams sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit C‑Level‑Kunden
• Fundiertes Verständnis zentraler Herausforderungen der Energiewirtschaft (Erzeugung, Netze, Vertrieb, Handel)
• Erfahrung in den Themenfeldern Digitalisierung, Geschäftsprozessoptimierung, kommerzielle und strategische Exzellenz, Infrastrukturprojekte oder Kundenservice
• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
