As a part of this high performing team, you will drive initiatives across themes such as:

Corporate Strategy & Growth : Accelerate measurable and sustained growth for clients with an unrivaled set of data-driven capabilities from strategy to execution.

Mergers & Acquisitions : Support clients in their inorganic growth agenda across the deal lifecycle, i.e., target screening, synergy assessment, due diligence, post-merger integration and portfolio interventions.

Operating Model & Organization Design: Architect future-proof operating models embracing the future of work, workforce and workplace powered by transformational technology, ecosystems and analytics.

Sustainability & Responsible Business: Work across growth themes of circularity, sustainable IT, clean energy, EHS and responsible supply chain to help clients reach their sustainability goals.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years and above of experience
Academic excellence: An outstanding academic record from a top-tier institution, demonstrating a strong intellectual capacity.
Analytical skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, capable of using data to derive insights and inform decisions.
Innovative mindset: A proven track record of innovation and creative problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to think differently and challenge conventional wisdom.
Professional experience: Relevant work experience across corporate strategy themes, including growth strategies involving market assessment, market entry/ expansion, business model & operating model development, strategic cost reduction, strategic growth enabled via advanced analytics, enablement of sustainability agenda, etc.
Business acumen: Ability to drive actionable outcomes for clients with the latest industry trends, innovations, disruptions and growth/ value drivers.
Leadership qualities: Strong leadership capabilities, evidenced through professional or extracurricular activities, indicating the ability to influence and drive projects to successful outcomes.
Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the proficiency to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
Adaptability: Perseverance in the face of ambiguous & changing circumstances or challenges, with a strong drive for personal and professional development.
Global mindset, with openness to travel and work on global projects, and fluency in multiple languages being an asset.
An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.
Relevant experience in consulting, strategy, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a consulting firm or an industry-leading company.
Desirable additional qualifications
Advanced Degree: Possession of an MBA or other advanced degrees (e.g., PhD, JD) from top-tier institutions, demonstrating deep academic achievement and subject-matter expertise.
Specialized Knowledge: Expertise in specific industries or functional areas (e.g., digital transformation, sustainability, healthcare, finance)
