• Conoscenza dei fondamenti del diritto italiano e comunitario e della regolamentazione finanziaria (ad es. diritto bancario, diritto dei mercati finanziari, disciplina della gestione collettiva del risparmio, disciplina sulla gestione dei rischi e sui requisiti di capitale degli enti creditizi e delle imprese di assicurazione)

• Interesse ad approfondire contesti giuridici specialistici con un focus su tematiche di risk governance, capital markets e wealth management (ad es. Basilea III, Solvency II, MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD)

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Rappresentano un plus:

• Master in Compliance

• Interesse per le tematiche legate alla sostenibilità

• Propensione al lavoro di squadra
