• A Master’s degree

• Demonstrated experience working within a strategy or management consulting firm with a focus on banking

• Understanding of the Banking Industry as a whole; processes, business models, latest technology and transformation towards the next step in data, AI, digital and ecosystems

• Familiarity with: go-to-market strategy, growth strategy, business and operating models, product management (leasing, lending, payments)

• Understanding of various aspects of project delivery (market analysis, strategy and business model assessment, process development and transformation execution).

• Fluent English and Dutch

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
