IT Operations Manager
Job Description
IT Operations Manager (Accenture LLP; Irvine, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of IT Operations Manager in Irvine, CA, and the job duties are as follows:
- Provide outage resolution support and restoration of services, including driving process improvement around existing support processes and removing any support roadblocks, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing operational support, and ensuring production application systems are online and available within defined service level agreements.
- Provide non-business hours on-call support, make recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the application, coordinate with offshore team and provide team management for smooth delivery of services, L3 Engineering escalation management, work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll outs, minor enhancements, and provide ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
- Follow strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management.
- Analyze and solve moderately complex application problems and create operational documents.
- Ensure roles and responsibilities of team members are well-defined and obtain commitment of all involved.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Designing, configuring, coding, testing, deploying, and supporting integration applications;
- Gathering requirements and working with offshore team members and onsite integration architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects;
- Troubleshooting IT issues and defining and implementing ITIL processes for IT support;
- Managing risks and resolving environmental issues; and
- Working with client application team, business teams, and stakeholders.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the California Transparency Bill, the offered wage for this role is $125,900.00 per year.
