You are:
A project manager in the aerospace industry. Proficient leader in projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, development, and implementation. Manage the planning and grooming of sprints while establishing an environment of commitment. Have open cooperation, courage, focus and respect. The ability to build and maintain client relationships with direct and indirect stakeholders, including upper management level.


The work:

  • •Responsible for project launch, deadlines, results, and overall performance with various client’s

  • Lead Projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, development and implementation

  • Support internal and external design reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Preliminary/Critical Design Reviews (PDR/CDR)

  • Ensure cross-functional involvement in quality processes to improve launch quality.

  • Build and maintain client relationships with direct and indirect stakeholders, including upper management level

  • Support internal and external design reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Preliminary/Critical Design Reviews (PDR/CDR)

Travel:
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • 3+ years experience with a demonstrated track record of success in Project Management and/or consulting with a focus on working directly with an Automotive OEM or Tier 1’s

  • 2+ years experience working in an Agile environment in Aerospace; Structural, Electrical and Propulsion Systems

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree - Engineering or Business Management

Bonus points if:

  • Certifications in Program Management (PMI) and Agile PM structures

  • Extensive experience working in an Agile environment in Aerospace; Structural, Electrical and Propulsion Systems

  •  Thorough understanding of identifying appropriate KPI’s, maintaining performance and delivery quality

  • Strong MS Office Skills – emphasis on Project, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong interpersonal skills around communications at all levels in an organization

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here.   

 

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role 

California: $67,900-$169,800

Colorado: $67,900-$146,700

New York City: $78,600-$169,800

Washington: $72,300-$156,200
