◆業務内容
人事本部の人事労務チームにて、障がいのある社員がスムーズに職場適応できるよう一連のアシストを行うジョブコーチ業務。
障がい者雇用関連コンサルティング業務、採用業務、心理カウンセリング、業務指導に重きを置いたものではありません。ジョブコーチとして障がいのある方とスーパーバイザー(上司)の双方と連携しながら、安定就労に向けたアシストをおこなう役割であり、支援の必要性がない場合は徐々にフェードアウトし、他のケースの支援を行います。
・採用面接同席:配属部署からの依頼で必要に応じて、障がいのある社員の採用面接に同席し、障がい特性や必要な配慮について深掘り、配属部署へのアドバイスを行います。
・入社前準備:障がい知識や配慮事項を配属部署へレクチャーします。併せて、必要な補助具の申請・発注や福祉事業所の訪問調整などの環境整備も実施します。
・入社後アシスト:障がいのある社員や上司側と定期的にコンタクト (チャット・メール・オンライン面談など) を取り、双方と連携を図ります。また、アクセンチュアにおける合理的配慮を部署と共に考え、調整します。
・研修対応:配属部署への研修、入社者の研修を企画、実行します。
・その他(横浜所属の場合のみ):人事労務チームの一員として、障がいのある社員への対応だけではなく、労務業務にも携わっていただきます。

◆応募要件
・事務経験が2〜3年以上
・福祉学科を卒業している方
・英語に抵抗のない方(英語でのメールに翻訳ツール等を使用し対応できる、英語力の向上に努めることができる、等)
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・精神保健福祉士または社会福祉士の資格
・ジョブコーチ経験または企業にて障がいのある方と同僚として勤務された経験(3年以上あるとなおよい)
・企業で障がいのある方の上司としてチームを運営された経験
◆求めるジョブコーチ像
・障がいの有無に関係なく、分け隔てなく双方の立場を理解した上で関係構築ができる方
・立場や意見が異なる社員と協力し、物事を推し進めることができる方
