Job Summary

The Producer, Interactive manages interactive and experiential projects from inception through completion, coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams, prioritizing project tasks and understanding and implementing interactive best practices.  

Job Responsibilities 

  • Work with other disciplines (Account Management, Strategy, Project Management, Creative, UX, Design, Interactive Technology etc.) to determine scope and project requirements and collaboratively contribute to strategic, creative and design development phases

  • Define resource needs and create project budgets, plans and timelines

  • Partner with Business Affairs and internal legal to cover the legal aspects of a project 

  • Prioritize project tasks and manage independent deliverables of the project team to ensure project is delivered on time and on budget

  • Select, coordinate, negotiate and manage efforts of outside vendors

  • Manage content creation, asset collection and organization

  • Manage quality assurance and testing efforts

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience producing interactive or experiential projects and coordinating efforts of cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of the industry and production landscape

  • High level of knowledge and experience in web development and digital campaign execution/coordination particularly of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript and CMS platforms to effectively communicate with vendors and staff and to properly spec out and manage project components

  • Collaborative and team oriented while also self-motivated, driven and entrepreneurial nature and ability to solve for problems, new processes and client/team needs

  • Passionate about digital and emerging technologies, with a strong desire to contribute to both strategic and creative discussions

  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Experience using scheduling and project management software tools

  • Excellent written, verbal, time management and communication skills

  • Flexibility to travel when needed
