Job Description

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will utilize existing knowledge with Accenture & client provided training to perform on day-to-day business Operations

Team members will perform processing and/or support functions in and around key business operations functions like F&A, Healthcare, Supply chain, etc. Functions in this role will be performed according to policy with a focus on quality, communication, problem solving and attention to detail.

A positive customer interaction should be the focus, as should timely issue resolution and on time completion of deliverables as the project/role requires.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize existing core business experience to perform Operations including, processing, review and documentation
  • Candidate experience in a professional setting will allow resources to be successful in multiple areas of work (specialized training will be provided as needed)
  • In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems with a focus on quality and timely completion of project deliverables
  • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • You may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • You will need to be well versed with basic systems and tools, as well as the business terminology and functions involved in day to day business (and use it while discussing with stakeholders)
  • You will be expected to be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients
  • The decisions you make impact your work and may impact the work of others
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work and a direct lead who will support
  • Investigate and prioritize issues, escalating to a specialist or lead when appropriate for further troubleshooting or tier 2 issue resolution
  • Own tasks end-to-end until they are assigned to specialist or lead
  • Discern issues, identify solutions, and promptly and concisely communicate all relevant items to Accenture teammates and leads
  • Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to process or project function
  • Mentor team members and own product support areas

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $40,809- 46,800 and information on benefits is here 

Hours & Shifts

  • Variable/Rotating day shifts (EST – PST) basis project needs
  • Remote work set up with potential 75% travel depending on client needs (local and non-local)

Basic Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED

- Minimum 2-year professional experience in Core Businesses processes such as F&A, Supply chain, Healthcare, Customer Service, etc. 

Preferred Skills / Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree

- Experience using Excel and other standard systems

- Aptitude to support complex products

- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills

- Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience

- Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive

- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities

- Ability to remain neutral and review work as defined by policies and procedures and keeping personal bias aside.

- Analytical skills and attention to detail
