The Health Industry team is a part of the broader Lifesciences and Health Industry team within the Capability Network (CN) and works with clients across health payer, provider, and public health industry sub-segments. The team provides transformation services across the health value chain especially supporting health clientele globally across areas such as health administration, clinical innovation, and value transformation. The team is comprised of individuals who have an in-depth understanding of health industry market trends, processes and operations and have extensive experience servicing Health Industry clientele across North America (NA), Europe, and the Growth Markets.
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define and execute our market integration plans in the NA market, especially for the Health Industry. Interested individuals must have good communication skills, deep expertise in Healthcare, a senior approach, innovative thinking, and commitment to quality.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Function as the primary Capability Network point-of-contact for all the Health accounts based in the NA Market
Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for the Health Industry in North America
Plan, direct and coordinate campaign activities for NA Health, with a focus on increasing CN awareness and engagement
Develop and scale relationships with NA Health Leadership and NA Health Client Group and Client Account Leads
Increase penetration of the Capability Network in the NA Health accounts, both from a sales and delivery perspective
Actively manage the qualified pipeline for Health in NA driving and leading sales enablement activities jointly with Market Unit Leads and Client Account Leads
Proactively drive and ensure CN engagement through active contribution and leadership in big deals across NA Health Accounts
Drive sales origination and lead pursuit teams and participate in all aspects of proposal development to sales closure and delivery
Increase CN share of direct and indirect credits for health accounts in the NA Market
Provide insights from the market to develop relevant market offerings and capabilities
Provide proactive intelligence to drive overall capability development and recruitment strategy across CN nodes, specific to the Health Industry
Actively support the CN leadership in North America and across NA Market Units to strategize and execute CN expansion plans
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Minimum of 8 years Healthcare Industry experience working with US healthcare payer and provider clients
Minimum of 4 years experience in a Top Tier Consulting Firm
Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience delivering healthcare transformation programs for US healthcare clients
Bachelors Degree required
Master of Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Management / equivalent preferred
Professional Skill Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong understanding of industry drivers / trends to create and drive sales opportunities
Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively
Experience in working senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead teams independently
Ability to seamlessly operate at the intersection of business and technology
Strong program and project management skills. Ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders and projects
Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions. Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and results
Highly organized, proven ability to develop efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive result
Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and / or experience in client facing roles
Ability to work in a fast paced and unstructured environment
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $159,000-$288,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
