◆業務内容
部門人事担当として、担当部門のトップマネジメントや社員と深い信頼関係を築き、社員の人生、キャリア、プロジェクト経験を積極的にサポートする。
・担当領域が掲げる事業戦略やニーズを踏まえながら、社員個人のキャリアの志向性と照らし合わせ、社員へのコーチングやガイダンスを行う。また、担当部門に対しても、自身の社員に対する理解に基づきアドバイスを行う。
・プロジェクト配属においては、社員が最も強みを発揮できるようなアサインが行われるよう、プロジェクト配属にかかわるプロセスの各局面でコーチングを実施し、社員のキャリアゴールとビジネスの優先順位のバランスを取りながら、社員一人ひとりに合ったサポートを提供する。
・人事本部の他メンバーと協力してタレントプライオリティや人材育成プログラムを理解し、社員が必要な機会を認識できるようにする。
・タレント・ストラテジストチームと連携しながら、フィードバック、コーチング、研修を含む従業員満足度の向上に取り組む。
・インクルージョン&ダイバーシティチームと連携し、目標達成に向けた戦略とアクションについて企画・実施する。
・社員の稼働率の管理や、人事評価会議におけるコーチなど、重要な人事プロセスを管理・実行する

◆応募要件
・人事経験2~3年以上
・コンサルティング企業、IT企業での勤務経験歓迎
・英語スキル(日常会話、TOEIC600以上が望ましい)、日本語スキル(ネイティブレベル)
・中国語スキル(日常会話以上)をお持ちの方歓迎(中国語スキルが求められるポジションもあるため)
