テクノロジー コンサルティング本部は、お客様が最高のパフォーマンスを発揮するために必要な変革を、最新テクノロジーを活用してもらたします。変革に必要なテクノロジーの導入計画策定から構築、運用までを担うアクセンチュアのテクノロジー事業の継続的な成長と成功に責任を持っています。
その中でクロスプラットフォーム コンサルティングは、各業務領域毎に業務コンサルティングの深い知見に基づき様々なテクノロジーを組み合わせたデジタル変革を設計・推進する役割を担います。
◆業務内容
財務会計・管理会計及び予算・業績管理業務領域において、最新テクノロジーを組合せEnd to End の業務及びシステム機能設計・実装から稼働支援、定着化～効果創出までの実行推進を担う。
システム刷新プロジェクトなどの企画・計画フェーズから参画し、財務会計・管理会計及び予算・業績管理業務領域をEnd to End で俯瞰しつつ業務改善・デジタル変革案から具体的なシステム適用ソリューションを検討定義を推進します。また、実行フェーズにおいては詳細システム要件定義作業に携わりつつ、もしくはPMOとして全体推進役を担い、プロジェクトを成功へと導きます。
【担っていただく役割】
該当業務領域での全体を俯瞰したうえで、適切なソリューション・テクノロジーを組み合わせて効果創出・デジタル変革を推進することが必要となります。単一のパッケージや技術ソリューションの枠組で検討するのでなく、基幹系IT～操業系OTまでを横断して複数の技術を組み合わせ、効果を最大限に創出する能力が必要となります。テクノロジーの目利きとして特定のソリューションに縛られることのないコンサルテーションを提供することがアクセンチュアの最大の特徴の一つです。
IT・業務両面に精通したテクノロジーｘ業務コンサルタント/アーキテクトとしてキャリアパスを歩むことが期待されます。
コンサルタント職
・業務コンサルタントとして、システム化企画や刷新計画などの最上流フェーズから参画しプロジェクトの目的やゴール設定から携わることが多く、よりビジネスの経営層に近いところで業務することが可能です。
・該当領域に精通した業務知識・最新トレンドを日々吸収することが求められます。CXOをはじめとする各ステークホルダーに新たな業務革新を提案し、新業務プロセス設計やルール整備を推進していく業務コンサルタントとしてのスキルが必要となります。
エンジニア職
・システムアーキテクトとして、システム化企画や刷新計画などの最上流フェーズから参画し、ベンダーから中立な立場でITソリューションの発掘から評価、最適なITソリューションの整理・検討に携わることが可能です。
・該当領域に関連したテクノロジーの知識・最新トレンドを日々吸収することが求められます。最新テクノロジーの技術動向や各ITソリューションの特徴への深い理解を背景としたソリューションの目利き力、実地で積み上げた知見・経験をベースとした技術力・システム構築力およびその品質担保といったスキルが必要となります。
◆プロジェクト事例
・全社デジタルトランスフォーメーション : お客様のビジネス変革およびそれに伴う基幹系システム/周辺システムの全面的な再構築プロジェクト。このプロジェクトにおける経理・財務領域や経営管理・業績管理領域担当として参画。他領域（販売、マーケティング、調達、物流、サービス、設計部門など）と歩調を合わせながら、全社トランスフォーメーションの実現に向けて推進していきます。
・経営管理モデル再構築 : 経営管理の高度化を狙い、クラウドソリューション導入を梃子して予算編成・月次業績管理や予実管理のやり方を変革するプロジェクト。
◆応募要件
コンサルタント・エンジニア職共通 ※下記いずれかに該当する方
・財務会計・管理会計・予算業績管理系業務に広く知見を有する
・各種業務システム（カスタム、ERPパッケージ等）の導入経験
・お客様との高度なコミュニケーション能力
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・財務会計・管理会計・予算業績管理系業務範囲においてBPR/業務改善活動の実地経験
・SAP/Dynamics 365/Oracle等の主要基幹系ERP製品ソリューションにおける導入経験・計画立案経験や知識
・Anaplan、Oracle Hyperion Planning、SAP BPC、IBM Cognos 等の経営管理・計画系ソリューションにおける導入経験・計画立案経験や知識
・Oracleデータベース、Microsoft SQL ServerやPostgreSQL等のリレーショナルデータベースの導入経験、ハンズオン経験や知識
