- Lead the alignment of technical strategies with business goals to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain clarity and consensus throughout project phases.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable technology solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Ability to analyze and integrate diverse technology platforms to create cohesive architectures.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solution frameworks.
- Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption to improve solution effectiveness.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

- Lead solution architecture, estimation, and resource planning activities.
- Define the solution approach, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Support deal shaping, solution reviews, and governance activities.
- Mentor teams and provide architectural guidance across programs.
- Experience in cloud, application modernization, integrations, APIs, and enterprise platforms is preferred.
