Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and elevate the quality of engagements. This role requires active collaboration with clients and internal teams to shape strategic directions and bring new ideas to fruition. The professional acts as a trusted advisor, engaging in meaningful discussions to understand client needs and translate them into effective technology-driven business solutions. The position demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on involvement to ensure successful delivery outcomes and enhance organizational reputation in the marketplace.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Conduct design workshops & gather requirements on Payroll
- Understand Business process, analyze & identify system limitations and requirement gaps
- Design the system to meet the business requirements on SuccessFactors Payroll (EC Payroll)
- Conduct Solution playbacks
- Thorough understanding of integration areas between different modules
- Lead & guide the team of 4 – 7 members
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely resolution of challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong Proficiency in SuccessFactors Payroll (EC Payroll)
- Integration between EC and ECP – Point to Point Replication, EC – on premise BIB, Payroll Control Center, EC Time off – ECP, WFS
- Expertise on Payroll Schemas, Postings to G/L Accounts, Bank Transfer setup
- Knowledge of Integration of data to 3rd party vendor for payroll processing such as ADP
- Should have Parallel payroll run experience
- Experience on any country specific payroll (India, US, UAE, Egypt, Nepal) with legal and statutory regulations
- Certified in SF ECP and should have minimum 8-10 years of experience in SuccessFctors or SF Payroll
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
