Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new workflows and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. The position also includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA Controlling, supporting project kick-off and requirements gathering.
Lead and guide the team to achieve performance goals.
Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decision-making, and take ownership of team-level decisions.
Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback.
Develop and maintain process documentation to promote clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams.


Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA CO, including Product Costing, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis, Multiple Valuation, and EBRR.
Solid accounting and Controlling knowledge with hands-on experience in end-to-end Product Costing and Margin Analysis processes.
Experience supporting project kick-off and requirements gathering activities.
Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Skilled in process mapping and creating clear, structured documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies to support timely and successful project delivery.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
