As a Financial Planning and Analysis Representative, a typical day involves closely monitoring organizational performance and conducting strategic evaluations to identify areas requiring attention. The position demands continuous assessment of the company s financial health to support informed decision-making that enhances overall profitability and operational efficiency. Collaboration with different teams to gather insights and contribute to the organization s financial strategy is an integral part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for comprehensive financial assessments.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports that communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of financial models to forecast business performance and guide strategic planning.
- Continuously monitor financial trends and market conditions to anticipate potential impacts on the organization.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis techniques.
- Ability to use financial software and tools to streamline analysis and reporting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify financial discrepancies and recommend effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
