Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM EDMCS Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise data management processes within an Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM environment.
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), leading end-to-end solution delivery while collaborating with global stakeholders. You will play a critical role in governing enterprise data assets, translating business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with organizational objectives, and ensuring data consistency across Finance and operational systems. You will configure and support Oracle EPM applications, manage releases, and ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EDMCS, including hierarchy management, metadata governance, data validation, and workflow management
Act as the EDMCS SME, driving solution design, configuration, and deployment
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data management solutions
Configure data models, viewpoints, hierarchies, validations, subscriptions, and workflows
Ensure seamless integration with other Oracle EPM and ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR) systems
Take ownership of team delivery, including task planning, performance management, and decision-making
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key architectural and governance decisions
Manage project lifecycle phases including SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support
Oversee data migration, integration, and reconciliation processes
Monitor system performance and implement stability and optimization improvements
Ensure compliance with data governance standards, financial controls, and audit requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across master data and metadata management processes
Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization
Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentoring, and capability building within the team

Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS)
Experience in hierarchy management, metadata governance, and data quality processes
Knowledge of data integration and mapping with EPM and ERP systems
Strong understanding of packaged/SaaS application configuration and support models
Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data synchronization processes
Possess strong expertise in PL/SQL, scripting languages, and Groovy code.
Hands-on experience with EPM Automate and enterprise job scheduling tools.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, controls, and audit compliance
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working in global delivery models (onshore-offshore)

Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / EDMCS implementations
Oracle Fusion Cloud EDMCS certification preferred
Experience integrating EPM and ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR)
Proven experience in data migration, reconciliation, and governance implementations
15 years of full-time education required

Additional Information:
Role Location: Bangalore, India
Experience in large-scale data governance or transformation programs is highly preferred
Experience in handling International Public Sector clients is an added advantage
