Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support, accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your in-depth product knowledge. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and system performance, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work as Lead Developer
Performing technical feasibility check for the process to be automated
Providing design and development estimations for the processes to be developed
Designing technical solutions for the automated process
Preparing Solutions Design Document, Process Design Instructions Document and Object Design Instructions Document
Build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements by Adopting best practices around coding, design, quality and performance
Infrastructure setup and management for the Power Automate
Developing Power Automate Workflows (Desktop+Cloud) to implement the solution
Guiding/ training RPA developers to deliver required solution
Reviewing work of the developers
Team handling and Client interaction experience
Understanding/ hands on experience of agile and waterfall framework
Understanding of end to end implementation of RPA project life cycle
Good written & verbal communication and presentation skills
Professional & Technical Skills:
5+ years of IT development experience
3+ years of experience in RPA Power Automate development (Desktop+Cloud Flows)
In-depth knowledge and exposure of RPA and Power Automate tool (Advanced concepts like Document Understanding, Action center, OCR etc.)
In-depth knowledge Source Control & DevOps (CI/CD) – Using Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins for version control and pipeline automation in RPA projects.
Deep understanding and ability to tailor the complex transactional processes using work queues
Experience throughout the entire RPA project lifecycle
Good to have knowledge of .Net, C#, SQL
Basic understanding of JIRA, SNOW, Git Hub etc

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
