Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves driving innovative practices within delivery projects and applying deep expertise to enhance client engagements. This role requires actively shaping strategies by integrating emerging ideas and collaborating closely with clients in a trusted advisor capacity. The professional spends time gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and designing or implementing technology-driven business improvements. Through effective communication and a strong understanding of both technical and business landscapes, the role contributes significantly to advancing project goals and strengthening organizational reputation in the marketplace.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding their professional development.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of project deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Strong understanding of performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals implementations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
