Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance Accenture's reputation in the marketplace while fostering trusted advisor relationships. Your role will also include shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, ensuring that both Accenture and client objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Develop and implement strategies that align with client goals and drive successful outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of human resources processes and analytics.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
