Overview
Seeking a Manager – Salesforce AI & Agentic Solutions to serve as the architect and team lead for Salesforce-based AI and agentic capabilities powering Sales and Marketing. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact, AI-enabled use cases across the Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
As part of the C360 program—a strategic priority supporting accelerated commercial growth—this role will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce AI solutions, supported by a dedicated delivery team, program leadership, and executive sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce AI & Agentic Architecture
Act as the solution architect for Salesforce AI and agentic capabilities, designing end-to-end solutions across Data Cloud (Data 360), Sales Cloud, Pardot, Einstein, and Agentforce.
Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and best practices for AI-enabled Salesforce solutions supporting Sales and Marketing.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise data and technology standards.
Use Case Design & Delivery
Lead design and delivery of AI-driven business use cases, such as Einstein-assisted segmentation powered by Data Cloud, predictive insights, next-best actions, and agentic workflows.
Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and refine use cases that drive measurable business outcomes.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and implementation plans.
Data, AI, and Enablement
Leverage Data Cloud (Data 360) to unify customer data and enable advanced segmentation, personalization, and AI insights.
Ensure strong data foundations by collaborating on upstream data quality, enrichment, and identity resolution, including familiarity with RingLead and related tools.
Guide the effective use of Einstein and Agentforce to embed intelligence and automation into sales and marketing workflows.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a Salesforce delivery team, providing technical direction, design oversight, and quality assurance.
Collaborate closely with program leadership, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to align delivery with the broader C360 roadmap.
Work effectively with business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, value-focused outcomes.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure adherence to Salesforce and enterprise development standards, security policies, and AI governance guidelines.
Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce AI capabilities, patterns, and reusable assets.
Support program reporting by providing clear updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Required Skills & Experience
Salesforce & AI Expertise
Strong hands-on experience across Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Sales Cloud, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Einstein, and Agentforce.
Proven experience designing and delivering Salesforce AI and agentic solutions for Sales and/or Marketing use cases.
Solid understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, segmentation, and personalization.
Data & Integration
Experience with data enrichment and data quality practices, including tools such as RingLead.
Working knowledge of integrations between Salesforce, data platforms, and upstream source systems.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce delivery teams in an agile or hybrid environment.
Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Clear, confident communicator comfortable operating in a global, enterprise setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, AI-related certifications).
Experience in Customer 360, CRM transformation, or commercial enablement programs.
Prior experience in consulting or large-scale enterprise delivery environments.
