Summary
You will design, configure, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) solutions while leveraging AI assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The role focuses on delivering efficient, compliant, and user friendly recruiting processes while integrating pre built AI capabilities to improve hiring efficiency, data quality, and candidate experience—without requiring any advanced AI engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Functional & Technical Delivery
Configure and support SAP SF Recruiting components including:
o Job Requisitions & Approvals
o Job Postings & Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
o Candidate Application & Profile Management
o Interview Scheduling & Recruiting Workflows
o Offer Management & Onboarding Hand offs
Use AI copilots to accelerate:
o Specification creation (FS/TS/user stories)
o Validation of rules, templates, and workflows
o Test case generation for requisitions, candidate flows, and approvals
o Documentation automation for recruiting processes
Execute end to end solution delivery: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
Integrate Recruiting with Employee Central, Onboarding, HRIS Sync, job boards, and third party recruiting systems.
AI Assisted Productivity
Apply AI copilots for:
o Requirement summarization (e.g., req form changes, workflow updates)
o Candidate flow analysis and quality checks
o Error pattern detection in requisitions, workflows, and integrations
o Auto generation of knowledge artifacts and training material
Integrate pre built AI services beneficial to recruiting, such as:
o Automated job description enhancement
o Intelligent applicant classification or tagging
o AI summarization of candidate profiles or interview notes
o Identifying bottlenecks in hiring workflows
Use LLM assisted troubleshooting to reduce issue resolution time for workflows, templates, and recruitment pipelines.
Governance, Compliance & Collaboration
Ensure all recruiting processes comply with local/global hiring regulations, data privacy policies, and audit requirements.
Participate in workshops, solution walkthroughs, configuration reviews, and process optimization discussions supported by AI generated insights.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams, HR Ops, EC/Onboarding teams, external vendors, and technical integration teams.
Contribute to reusable recruiting templates, test packs, and AI augmented best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
SuccessFactors Recruiting Expertise
Hands on experience with SAP SF Recruiting (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
Understanding of requisition templates, application templates, candidate profile management, and recruiting workflows.
Familiarity with integration points across EC, Onboarding, job boards, and recruiting vendors.
AI Ready Skills
Experience using AI copilots, documentation automation tools, and AI enabled test accelerators.
Ability to incorporate pre built AI services (not custom AI models) into hiring workflows for insights and productivity.
Understanding of responsible AI usage in HR contexts, especially hiring fairness and data privacy.
General Professional Skills
Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot workflow, template, or integration issues.
Skill in translating recruiting processes into scalable system configurations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across HR and IT teams.
Continuous learning mindset with comfort using AI assisted productivity tools.
Good To Have
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification (RCM/RMK).
Experience with global hiring processes and compliance requirements.
Exposure to recruiting analytics tools or candidate experience platforms.
Familiarity with integration tools (CPI/Boomi).
Outcome Expectations
Deliver faster, more accurate SAP Recruiting solutions using AI assisted development.
Improve hiring cycle efficiency, data quality, and recruiter experience.
Serve as a bridge between Talent Acquisition, SAP engineering teams, and AI native experts when deeper AI insights are required.
