Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Good to have skills : Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Dynatrace & Monitoring Tools Lead to manage and support our Dynatrace SaaS environment, develop monitoring solutions, and automate tool processes using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, and Azure. Additionally, the role involves managing Dynatrace Monitoring as Code using Terraform and deploying it via Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Must have Skills: Dynatrace, Terraform, PowerShell/JavaScript, and Azure DevOps
Secondary Skills (Good to Have): Splunk, Grafana, Azure, AKS
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Dynatrace Installation and Configuration: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in installing and configuring Dynatrace SaaS for monitoring and performance management.
- SaaS Capability Understanding: Deep understanding of Dynatrace SaaS features, modules, and integrations to optimize monitoring and troubleshooting workflows.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Dynatrace, applications, and infrastructure.
- Automation with PowerShell, JavaScript, and REST API: Experience using Microsoft Windows PowerShell to automate tasks, leveraging Dynatrace REST APIs for streamlined operations.
- Cloud Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, Azure Monitor, Azure Monitor Logs, and Microsoft cloud environments to enhance monitoring capabilities within Dynatrace.
- CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps, including hands-on experience in creating Azure CI/CD pipelines and managing source code using Git or Azure Repos.
- Terraform Knowledge: Familiarity with Terraform to manage the Dynatrace Monitoring as a code and ability to write new Terraform modules to configure Dynatrace configuration as a code.
- Azure PAAS: It's good to have working knowledge of Azure Logic App to support the automation workflow.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in cloud-based environments.
- Experience automating tasks using PowerShell and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, specifically Azure.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD processes, and Git or Azure Repos for source code management.
Additional Information:
- Azure certification or relevant Dynatrace certifications.
- Experience with application performance monitoring (APM) tools and log aggregation.
