You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, supporting marketing data management, business reporting, and demand planning processes to ensure accurate and reliable data is available for business decision-making. You will be responsible for maintaining large marketing databases, consolidating data from multiple sources, performing data validation and analysis, and supporting forecasting processes across markets. You will help improve data quality, streamline reporting workflows, and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and planning accuracy.
What are we looking for? • 3-5 years of experience working with data management, data analysis, business reporting, or large database environments • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related quantitative discipline • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modelling, and data structuring • Strong understanding of database management concepts and data processing workflows • Experience analyzing and interpreting large datasets to support business decisions • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders • Proficiency in English communication; ability to work in global business environments • Proficiency in German language (written and spoken) • Experience in demand planning, marketing planning, or forecasting processes • Familiarity with planning systems such as Kinaxis, APO, or similar supply chain planning tools • Exposure to database software, automation tools, or reporting platforms • Understanding of FMCG, consumer goods, or multi-category business environments
Roles and Responsibilities: • Maintain and manage large marketing and business databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability • Consolidate, validate, and process data from multiple internal and external sources based on business requirements • Perform data analysis and interpretation to generate business insights that support marketing and planning decisions • Partner with market planning and business teams to gather data requirements and resolve data quality issues • Maintain data governance standards, reporting controls, and documentation to ensure consistency and reliability • Support demand planning activities by preparing and uploading forecast data into planning systems • Monitor forecast accuracy and support reporting processes related to business planning activities • Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and simplification across data management workflows • Support ad hoc data management and reporting requests from stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving data infrastructure and operational efficiency • Prepare structured reports and business summaries to support cross-functional decision-making • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of accurate reporting outputs
