You will be working as part of the marketing team, supporting the execution of SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve organic search visibility and AI discoverability across global web properties. You will contribute to technical SEO audits, content optimization, keyword research, schema implementation, AI-readiness assessments, and performance reporting. By leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices, you will help improve website crawlability, indexation, search rankings, and AI visibility. You will be responsible for identifying optimization opportunities, monitoring SEO and GEO performance, conducting audits, and collaborating with content, development, and analytics teams to support organic growth and business objectives.
What are we looking for? • Primary skillset should be Technical SEO, Content SEO, and search performance analysis with 3–5 years of experience • Strong understanding of search engine crawling, indexing, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and AI Research platforms • Experience conducting technical SEO audits and identifying issues related to metadata, canonicals, redirects, internal linking, structured data, and indexability • Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation, including FAQ, Product, Article, Organization, Breadcrumb, and Service schema • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for stakeholders • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of GEO concepts, AI search ecosystems, entity optimization, and AI visibility measurement is preferred • Experience with content optimization, keyword mapping, search intent analysis, and content performance evaluation • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as Sitecore, WordPress, or Adobe Experience Manager • Strong team player with collaboration and problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities: • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues related to crawlability, indexation, metadata, site architecture, structured data, and page performance • Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, competitor benchmarking, and topic research to identify opportunities for organic growth • Support GEO initiatives by evaluating AI visibility, entity optimization, schema implementation, and AI search performance • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI visibility platforms such as Profound • Analyze SEO and GEO data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations • Review website launches, migrations, and content updates to ensure SEO best practices are implemented correctly • Support structured data implementation and validation across key schema types, including Organization, Product, FAQ, Article, Breadcrumb, Service, and Video schema • Track and report on SEO and GEO KPIs, including rankings, traffic, indexation, AI visibility, citation frequency, and technical health metrics • Collaborate with content, UX, analytics, and development teams to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into digital initiatives • Perform ongoing QA reviews to identify and resolve critical SEO issues affecting search visibility and user experience • Maintain SEO documentation, audit findings, implementation recommendations, and best practice guidelines • Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
