What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. End-to-end video solutions with production, content creation and multimedia editing with broadcast capabilities. Expertise in high quality videos, both for internal & external clients, leveraging complex, state of the art, dedicated, in-house broadcast infrastructure.
What are we looking for? Skills required: Excellent knowledge of After Effects, Animate, Blender (3D tool), Premiere pro, Motion, Final Cut Knowledge of digital marketing in highly regulated environments Extensive Experience in working on video editing softwares MSOffice - Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint Has excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience participating in a collaborative team environment Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused Demonstrate ability to think strategically • Adaptable and flexible • Ability to perform under pressure • Problem-solving skills • Ability to work well in a team • Written and verbal communication • The Media / Graphics Designer / Video editor produces complex assets / videos used in the development of digital interfaces based on graphics standards, user experience and best practices to generate web content (e.g. images, video, banners, animations, etc.). This position requires 5-6 years of experience in graphic design for Web/social media. • Assets to be created (but not limited to) Video editing, Video Re-sizing (Aspect Ratio), Compression, Text and Image placements, Voice over / Subtitle adjustments, Video Editing - e.g., time adjustments, mixing 2 videos etc., Adding custom Effects / Animations, re-purposing video for multi-channel deployments (TVC, PR Films, etc.), Video Re-Touching, Art-Work, Digital OOH
Roles and Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities: • Familiarity with video production workflow (Pre-production, production and post-production). • Strong animation fundamentals; Timing, Ease In and Out (or Slow In and Out), Arcs, Anticipation, Exaggeration, Squash and Stretch, Secondary Action, Follow Through and Overlapping Action, Straight Ahead Action and Pose-To-Pose Action, Staging, Appeal and Personality. • Design creative concepts for rich media banners. • Expertise working with video editing/animation software (e.g. After Effects, Animate, Blender (3D tool), Premiere, Motion, Final Cut) • Create complex animations with animate or Edge animation for rich media banners. • Design and produce content while collaborating with the Creative Lead. • Modify/rework existing motion graphics assets. • Quick learner • Ability to handle tight project delivery deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously • Flexible to work in shifts • Managing day to day operations of project and scope • Stay updated on digital technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and workflow • Creating videos ensuring they meet industry standards. • Communicates with clients on call, chat and email • Problem solving skills • Capable of functioning and delivering under tight deadlines • Possesses a thorough understanding of Graphic Process • Act as a SME and train team members • Able to devise ideas quickly • Passionate about Video creation and have an eye for detail • They should be able to manage people and work as a Team leader • MSOffice - Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint • Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused • Demonstrate ability to think strategically
